TRAINING PROGRAMME FOR MANAGEMENT AND THE SENIOR STAFF OF GAPFA

GAPFA has organized a training session on Effective Supervision for its management  and Senior staff. The programme came on at the Ridma Hotel, McCarty Hill, on September 21, 2016. The date which was the African Union holiday was chosen to ensure full participation by the managers.

The session was facilitated by Mr. A. Y. Baidoo, President of the Association, who is a Management Consultant.

The programme, which was the first of a series of management seminars by GAPFA, was to enhance the knowledge of participants in effective ways of managing their various outfits. Some of the areas that the programme  covered included Management Process and Relative Managerial Skills.

At the end of the programme, participants express satisfaction with it and wished that more of it would be provided from time to time.
